Sr. QA (Manual+Auto) (3 - 5 yrs )
Must-have technical/ process skills:
- Atleast 4+ years of Manual and automation (70:30 ratio) experience using Selenium or any other related automation tools
- Excellent Test case identification, requirement mapping, test case review skills
- Good understanding of web concepts like Session,Cookies, Web request types etc.
- Good understanding of OOPS concepts & programming concepts
- Good knowledge of query development and tuning using databases like MySql.
- Good knowledge of API testing Manual & Automation, Security Testing, Performance/Stress testing, Penetration testing.
- Good Test planning skills.
- Good understanding of preparing execution plan, reporting and analysis.
- Good understanding of Defect life cycle.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Good understanding of Web and Mobile Technology, debugging tools.
- Good understanding on versioning control tool like GIT
Must-have soft skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Excellent Logical & analysis Skills
- Proven experience of working as part of a cross functional team
Added advantage:
- Exposure to different web security testing, different tools used for the same
- Good understanding of performance or stress testing
- Exposure to automation tools and programming languages
- API level automation
- Building core Automation framework
